PIE Committee Book Club
Tuesday, January 26

The Parent Information Exchange (PIE) committee is hosting a book club to discuss Trigger Points: Inside the Mission to Stop Mass Shootings in America. The book is divided into two, so we’ll meet to talk through each of the parts:

  • Part 2 — Thursday, January 26 (note new date!): time and location TBD
  • If needed — Wednesday, February 8: potential meeting if our discussions need some extension; time and location TBD.

Email PIE committee chair, Julie Schneider, kajulie@hotmail.com, to RSVP and for location info.

FOSB Finance & Budget Meeting
Sunday, January 29 from 7- 8:30 p.m. (Zoom)

The FOSB Treasurers would like to invite everyone to the first Finance & Budget Committee Meeting of the year. Please check out the meeting agenda. We are going to go over the process of building the 2023-24 FOSB budget. We will also talk about the success of the Direct Giving campaign and vote on proposals for spending the additional funds, including the increased scholarship requests. These proposals will then be brought out of this committee and voted on at the February FOSB meeting.

If you have an idea for a proposal that you would like to submit for consideration ahead of time, please email the treasurers: fosbtreasurer@gmail.com.

Please check out the current year budget for more details.
