Last chance to submit your Ballard Market receipts!

Many thanks to Town & Country’s Ballard Market for supporting us through their 1% receipt donation program! The program is ending at the end of March. We’d like to do one last collection of Ballard Market receipts by March 22, so our volunteer(s) can sort and tally the receipts in time to make a final submission. Please send your Ballard Market receipts to the school by March 22. There’s a collection envelope in the volunteer coordinator’s office. After that date, we will no longer be collecting these receipts.

We’d like to express our appreciation to Town & Country Markets for their generous past support. We look forward to partnering together in new ways moving forward!

Fall Direct Giving Campaign Has Launched!

Without a spring auction last year, our Direct Giving Campaign will be FOSB’s main fundraiser for this school year. We’ve stretched our goal to $78,000 to meet the needs of our school community, including support for small group work, elementary counseling, library, PE, music and art programs, FOSB committees and scholarships.

To make a contribution:

  • Fill out the Direct Giving pledge card that you received in the mail, write a check payable to FOSB, and mail to: FOSB, Attn: Direct Giving Campaign, 1810 NW 65th St, Seattle, WA 98117.

Remember: Many employers match employees’ charitable donations. If your employer matches your donation, they could double or triple your contribution!

Donations are tax-deductible. FOSB’s tax ID is 91-1622350.

Donate to our 2019 Direct Giving Campaign by 12/31

This year, please give generously to our Direct Giving Campaign, one of FOSB’s largest fundraisers.

If we raise $70,000, we can provide all planned programming for our elementary and middle school students this school year.

If we reach our stretch goal of $90,000, we can also provide more resources for assemblies and professional development, reinstate our FOSB mini-grant program, and invest in Salmon Bay Super Readers with funds for classrooms and the library collection.

How to Donate

Please help us reach our Direct Giving goals! Donate by December 31, 2019.

Don’t forget to ask about charitable matching through your employer to increase the impact of your donation. FOSB’s tax ID is 91-1622350.
