Directors
The Board of Directors are responsible for overseeing all FOSB activities, supporting committee work, and making decisions when a formal vote is needed, especially those involving the organization’s governance and finances. If members cannot reach consensus on a matter requiring action, then Directors are responsible for voting. Directors are elected twice a school year during the November and May Board Meetings, and must include the Executive Officers and at least one chair of each active voluntary committee.
Executive Officers
Executive Officers are Directors that hold specific positions in FOSB governance, as highlighted below and detailed here. Officers are elected once a year during the May Board Meeting.
- Co-Chairs, Elementary and Middle School — preside over FOSB meetings and lead the Board. fosbchair@gmail.com
