Staff Appreciation Week
Throughout the year, FOSB engages in Staff Appreciation Events on behalf of our parent community. We also organize opportunities for families to participate in a variety of appreciation activities. Participation is always optional!
If your family would like to volunteer or donate toward Staff Appreciation Week, here are a couple of options:
- Write a note or card: Every staff member truly treasures the handwritten notes and cards they receive from students and families. You and/or your student can draw or write a note and deliver it during Staff Appreciation Week.
- Volunteer for a daily activity: Each day during the week, we have a different staff appreciation activity planned. Here’s our line-up:
Monday, May 8: Breakfast Bar in the Lobby (8 – 8:30 am. Sign up here to donate food. Drop off between 7:30 – 8 am on Monday morning)
Tuesday, May 9: Morning Coffee Cart in the Lobby (Donations coordinated by Katie Roberts, katieQroberts@gmail.com)
Wednesday, May 10: Snack Bar/Appetizers/Charcuterie during early release work time. (Sign up here, drop off items by 1:00 pm Wednesday)
Thursday, May 11: Afternoon Room Service (Staff will complete a room service order. Donate items that will be prepared and delivered OR volunteer to help make deliveries. Sign up here.)
Friday, May 12: Potted Plants as a lasting token of our appreciation. (Sign up here to bring a plant.)
