Do you like to eat pie? Do you like to play games and solve puzzles? Mark your calendars and make sure to join us for a fun night eating pie celebrating math at Salmon Bay. Here is the schedule of events:

6-7:15 pm Play math games and eat pie. Participants who try out at least 3 games or activities can enter a drawing for prizes.

7:15 – 7:25 pm Pi recitation contest – the student who can recite the most digits of Pi by heart will win a prize.

7:25 -7:30 Drawing for prizes – a few entries will be drawn at random.

The prize winners can choose from the following prizes:

1. A gift certificate for Cafe Mox or Snapdoodle

2. A gift certificate for a pie

3. Being able to put pie in the face of Principal Barbara Dixon or Vice Principal Amy Acquino!!!

This event is built to be fun for all ages! It’s a chance to learn a few new math games and/or play some old favorites. Each kiddo in attendance is asked to have an adult who is keeping an eye on them and hopefully engaging in some math fun – ie: this is not a drop off event.

In order to pull this event off, we need your help. We need volunteers to bring pie and math games. We also need volunteers to set up, serve pie and clean up. Please consider helping out.
